Transparent Care
No surprises, just clinical clarity.
We believe dental anxiety stems from the unknown. Here, every procedure is priced upfront, and every sensation is described honestly before we begin.
Anxiety-First First Visit
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: a chair, a cup of coffee, and a conversation. No instruments come into the room.
A sit-down with coffee and your dentist. We look at nothing, touch nothing, and map out a plan at your pace. You decide what happens next, if anything.
Gentle Cleaning
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: cool water, a slight scraping pressure on the tooth surface, and pauses on request. Most people call it boring, which we take as a compliment.
A standard hygiene cleaning, paced with breaks whenever you raise a hand. We narrate each step before we do it so nothing arrives unannounced.
Cavity Filling
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: a brief sting from the numbing gel, then pressure and vibration but no sharp pain. You hold the stop button the whole time.
A tooth-coloured filling. We numb fully before anything begins and check the area is asleep before we start. The drill stays out of sight until you say you're ready.
Wisdom Tooth Consult
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: a panoramic X-ray that takes about 12 seconds and nothing touches your mouth. The rest is talking.
A conversation and a clear image. We look together, name what we see, and walk through every option from leaving it alone to a referral, with no pressure either way.
Root Canal (single tooth)
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: deep pressure, sometimes a tugging sensation. With the numbing in, no sharp pain. Many people say the worst part was expecting it to be worse.
Done over one or two visits at your pace. We numb fully and check, narrate each step before it happens, and break the work into chunks you can pause at any time.
In-Chair Whitening
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: a slight tingling for a few minutes during the session, sometimes a brief cold sensitivity for a day afterwards.
A single visit that lifts the colour of your enamel by a few shades. Quiet, no drill, no needle, mostly waiting with the chair reclined.
Crown
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: pressure during prep and again at fitting; brief temperature sensitivity between visits. The drill stays out of sight until you signal you're ready.
Across two visits: a quiet preparation appointment, a temporary crown, then a calm fitting. We split the work so neither visit feels long.
Children's First Visit
Honest Sensation
What you'll feel: parents stay in the room. We use words like 'tickle' and 'cold spray' instead of clinical terms. Nothing is forced.
For kids aged 3+. They sit in the chair, push the up-down button, count their teeth in the mirror, and that's the whole visit. The point is to make the chair an ordinary place.
A space designed for your pace.
